The name badge printing stations will be available on level 1 of the shopping gallery at the Palais des congrès from Friday, May 30, to Tuesday, June 3, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A printing station will be available at Le Westin Hotel on Sunday, June 1, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The registration desk will be located in the Viger Hall and will be open from Friday, May 30, to Tuesday, June 3, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The exhibition hall will be open on Monday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 3, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST – On Monday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 3, from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., a complimentary continental breakfast will be offered to all attendees in the bistro section of the exhibition hall.
PAID FOOD SERVICES – On Monday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 3, Croque Palais will offer a cold meal menu (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and a hot meal menu (9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Food stations will be located near the bistro section at the back of the exhibition hall and in the food court.

NETWORKING HOUR – On Monday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 3, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., the “Networking Hour” event will take place. A drink will be offered to all visitors in the bistro section of the exhibition hall, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available.
Places are not reserved.
For early arrivals, the ‘first come, first served’ principle applies.
Coffee breaks are at the discretion of the speakers.
Temperatures may vary from room to room, so please dress accordingly.
Babies carried by a parent are allowed in the conference rooms and exhibition hall. Children aged 12 and over are permitted in the exhibition hall and must be registered for the exhibition only.
Disruptive behavior will result in revocation of this privilege.
Strollers are strictly forbidden in the conference rooms and exhibition hall. The Palais des congrès has no childcare facilities. Check with your hotel concierge for this service.
Breast-feeding room
A breastfeeding room will be available for mothers who need it. The room will be located on level 6. However, for security and control reasons, you will need to go to the Ordre des dentistes du Québec information desk in Viger Hall to gain access to the room.
During the congress, representatives are strictly forbidden to attend the conferences taking place on the 5th floor. We thank you for respecting this rule, to ensure the smooth running of the sessions for all participants.
It is strictly forbidden to hold or organize any private networking event as part of the Journées dentaires internationales du Québec (JDIQ). This rule is intended to preserve the integrity of the official program and to offer all participants a fair and rewarding experience. Thank you for your cooperation.
On Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 2, the JDIQ conference schedule is from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.*
