Registration fees 2026
Here are the entry fees for each category. Registration will open on January 30, 2026, starting at 8:30 a.m.
Take advantage of the early-bird rate by registering before March 31, 2026! Taxes are extra.
JDIQ Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests for cancellation and refund related to congress and pre-congress registrations must be submitted in writing, by email, to the attention of Christine Favreau at the following address: inscription@odq.qc.ca, no later than April 21, 2026.
General Conditions
- No refund requests received after this date will be processed.
- No refunds will be issued after April 21, 2026.
- JDIQ does not accept refund requests made by phone.
- No refunds will be issued on-site during JDIQ.
- For pre-congress courses, it is not permitted under any circumstances to substitute one participant’s name for another. No substitutions are allowed for pre-congress activities.
- No exceptions will be granted.
Refund Terms
- Until March 31, 2026: a refund equivalent to 90% of the registration fees will be issued.
- From April 1 to April 21, 2026: a refund equivalent to 80% of the registration fees will be issued.
- After April 21, 2026: no refunds will be issued.
Recordings available for purchase
You can purchase recordings of conferences from previous editions on the Dentoform platform. New recordings will be available in autumn 2026.
