Exhibitor Presentation
Presentation - exhibitor space
Admission for all

(This presentation does not grant continuing education credits. However, one credit may be obtained by visiting the JDIQ exhibition and having your badge scanned at the entrance.)

1. Participants will be able to calculate the true cost of front desk turnover in their clinic - including recruitment, onboarding, and productivity loss - and use that figure to make a more accurate build-vs-outsource decision.

2. Participants will be able to identify the specific administrative functions best suited to remote support versus in-house staffing, and design a hybrid model appropriate for their clinic's size and patient volume.

3. Participants will be able to recognize the warning signs of an admin bottleneck before it impacts revenue - including recall lag, unpaid claims, and phone coverage gaps - and apply a structured response to each.

Chief of Staff at MINT OPS: Savannah Koran

Savannah began her dental journey over 20 years ago, bringing experience across both clinical and operational roles and a strong understanding of what it takes to build high-performing dental teams. She previously served as Director of Operations for Mint Ops’ Recruitment division, supporting clinics through the hiring process and helping build the structure behind successful placements.

Today, Savannah continues to support dental practices through operational consulting, helping clinics improve performance, increase efficiency, and build long-term practice value. In her role as Chief of Staff, she also leads Mint Ops’ HR function, improving alignment across teams and creating structure and consistency through clear internal processes, expectations, and documentation.
