A thorough review of treatment modalities in light of the Minimal Intervention philosophy. The Microabrasion, Vital Bleaching, Resin Infiltration, Bonding and Composite Veneers will be discussed in this fast-paced presentation.
We will finish the course with a hands-on session to create Class IV restorations with two modalities: Multi-layered and Simplified shade composites.

- Review non-invasive and minimally invasive treatments for esthetic dentistry.
- Understand diagnosis and indications for those treatment options.
- Practice two different techniques in a hands-on session to accomplish esthetic restorations in the anterior segment.

Dr. Augusto Robles graduated dental school in Peru in 1992, immediately taking a multitude of CE training and mini residencies in adhesion, all-ceramics and occlusion. In 2003 he started his advanced education in restorative dentistry at the University of Michigan, receiving his Advanced Education in Restorative Dentistry Certificate in 2006 and his Master of Science in 2007.
Dr. Robles completed the core curriculum of The Dawson Academy in 2016 and stayed as a visiting instructor lecturing for them. He also completed UAB dentistry curriculum, graduating with a DMD in 2017. Currently a sustaining member of the AACD, he is currently the Chair of the AACD Distance Learning Education Committee. Dr. Robles sees his private patients in the UAB Dental Group (Faculty Practice) focusing on the most current Restorative Dentistry procedures.
