Doctor Raphael Garofalo received both his DDS and B.Sc. from McGill University in 1998. He completed a general practice residency at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal in 1999 and obtained his certificate in Endodontics from Nova Southeastern University in 2002. He is in full-time practice at the Centre Endodontique de Montréal.

Doctor Matthew Kerner received his B.Sc. in 1997 and DMD in 2003 from McGill University. He completed a general practice residency at Fletcher Allen Health Care/University of Vermont in 2004 and received his certificate in Endodontics from Tufts University in 2010.

Doctor Matthew Miller received his DMD degree from McGill University in 2007. Subsequently, he completed a two-year multidisciplinary dental residency program at the Jewish General Hospital in 2009 before obtaining his specialty degree in Endodontics at Nova Southeastern University in 2012. He is in full-time practice at the Centre Endodontique de Montréal.

This lecture will review minimally invasive concepts in Endodontics, specifically in relation to access cavity preparation, instrumentation and irrigation.  This lecture will highlight novel concepts in Endodontics that we have incorporated into our practice in order to maximize clinical outcomes and long term survival of teeth, with emphasis on the GentleWave procedure.
